Hello, my name is Jim.Tech Help Made Easy

If you’ve read my welcome post or the About Tech Help page, you already know a little bit about why I’ve started Tech Help Made Easy, but since I want this tech support site to be as personal as possible, I wanted to give you the opportunity to know a little more about me.

My name is Jim, I’m 26, and live on Long Island, NY with my beautiful wife, our dog and our chinchilla. I have always had a passion for all things tech related, and that passion has provided me a great variety of work growing up.  I’ve worked in tech support for small offices, large offices, restaurants, and private families. I’ve built websites, computers, networks, and even cars. Pretty much you name it, I’ve done it at least once.

All of that work experience has taught me a thing or two about tech support. Firstly, that it is vitally important to know what you don’t know. Being cocky or over-confident will only result in blowing something up, and thats something you always want to avoid! If you don’t know what you’re doing, turn to someone who does, which brings me to the second thing I’ve learned…trying to find good honest tech help online is like looking for a single grain of sand in the desert.

Well, I’m at the point in my life now where I’m looking at the big picture, settling in for the long haul.  My wife and I will soon be starting our own family, and I spent some time recently thinking about lessons I’d like to pass down to my children one day. I thought about a lesson my father had once taught me, to leave the world a better place than you found it, always do what you’re passionate about, and take that passion as far as you possibly can. So with that in mind, I decided to combine my passion for all things tech, my knowledge and abilities in tech support, and my desire to do the right thing by people, and what came out was the site that you are on right now.

I sincerely look forward to getting the opportunity to work with you in answering your tech questions, I invite you to ask me any tech questions you may have, and I promise you that I will answer them each indiviually with the attention and care that you deserve. Please feel free to pass this website on to your family and friends, I always welcome the opportunity to meet and work with new people.

And so that me in a nutshell, but if you want to know more about me, or see what else I’ve been up to, you can check out my personal website at www.jimsabellico.com

Enjoy!
